**Domestic Shipping Policy**
- **Shipment Processing Time:** All orders are processed within 2-3 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.
- **Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates:** Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. Estimated delivery time is 3-10 business days.
- **Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking:** You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.
- **Delivery Delays:** While we do our best to ensure prompt delivery, NKOR™ is not responsible for delays caused by external factors.
**International Shipping Policy**
- **We ship worldwide.** Shipping charges and available service will vary based on package weight and country of destination.
- **Customs, Duties, and Taxes:** All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).
**General Information**
- **Delivery Address:** Please ensure your delivery address is correct and complete, as NKOR™ cannot be held responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses.

**Missing or Lost Package**

If your tracking information shows that your package was delivered, but you have not received it, please contact the carrier to report the issue.
